Dial switch function：

SW3：Channel switching select, when the switch n (n=1~4) is dialed to ON, the group switch output is not controlled by SH (channel switching), and the group signal is two channel public output. SW3-1 controls 1~4 switching points, SW3-2 controls 5~8 switching points, SW3-3 controls 9~12 switching points, and SW3-4 controls 13~16 switching points
